A very engaging session which is ideal for those new to the insurance industry. The trainer was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly giving real life examples to make the topics relatable.
I thought the compliance training landed really well, and the material was brought to life with some good of examples in practice. Easy to understand and engaging. Provided a really good base and understanding of what the FCA approach is and the foundations of operating in a regulated environment. Breaking the elements down in plain English makes it so much easier to understand and less overwhelming. I think the rest of the training programme looks fab, and really well structured. If more people engaged in a yearlong training course on this subject, I think it might increase confidence and there would be less pushback from brokers in terms of regulatory requirements.
