Aimed at managers and or team leaders who are looking to gain insight into people management skills.
This two-day course will help you to understand what the new style of management and leadership is and how to get the best from your team through an empowering and dynamic leadership style and approach.
This course is divided into 2x 6-hour virtual live modules delivered over two days (not consecutive) using video and audio to maximise delegates’ participation and learning.
